Privacy Policy

MoshStub ("MoshStub," "we," "us") is a product of Moshit. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use MoshStub, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, handled via our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Ticket content — photos of tickets you upload, and the artist, date, and venue text our OCR pipeline extracts from them.
• Content you add — notes and favorite memories you attach to a ticket.
• Local device data — small flags stored in your browser's local storage (e.g. which onboarding banners or achievement badges you've already seen). This stays on your device and isn't sent to third-party advertisers.

How we use it

We use this information to operate MoshStub: storing your collection, running OCR to fill in ticket details, generating your printable ticket-stub designs, and showing your stats and achievements back to you.

Storage and third parties

Ticket photos, extracted text, and account data are stored using Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage). We don't sell or share your personal data — information that identifies you — with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Aggregate and de-identified data

We may analyze usage across our whole user base to understand trends — for example, which artists or venues are most tracked, or how collections grow over time — and may share or license that information with partners, researchers, or other companies in aggregated or de-identified form. Before we do, we remove or combine the data so it can't reasonably be used to identify you, and we commit not to attempt to re-identify it afterward.

Cookies

MoshStub doesn't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Authentication relies on a session token managed by our auth provider; a few preference flags are kept in local storage as described above.

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@moshstub.com.

Children's privacy

MoshStub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
