These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoshStub, a product of Moshit ("Moshit," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using MoshStub, you agree to these Terms.
MoshStub lets you upload photos of concert tickets, automatically extract details like artist, date, and venue, browse your personal collection, and generate decorative, printable ticket-stub designs.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and memories you upload to MoshStub. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you (and, if you choose to share it, to whoever you share it with) solely to provide the service.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, don't use MoshStub for anything illegal, and don't use the service to create fraudulent tickets intended for resale or unauthorized venue entry.
The collectible ticket-stub templates MoshStub generates include decorative details (such as seat, row, section, price, or time) that are fabricated for aesthetic purposes only. These designs are keepsakes, not valid tickets, receipts, or proof of purchase, and must not be used or represented as such.
The MoshStub name, logo, and ticket-stub designs are owned by Moshit. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.
MoshStub relies on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase, for authentication, database, and file storage.
MoshStub is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moshit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to MoshStub for anyone who violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MoshStub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
